Q: Are there any price differences between color and black & white buttons?

A: All of our prices are the same regardless of color.

Q: How long will it take before I receive my buttons?
A: If you need your order asap, please make sure you select that date and correct Rush Package on the Order Form.  Most orders are generally shipped out in about 1-2 weeks.  It really depends on the size of your order and the volume of business we are currently experiencing.  We do our best to get all orders out as soon as possible, but we do experience high volume during certain times of the year, so please allow us plenty of lead time to produce your order, especially for larger orders.  All orders are placed in queue by size (small & large), so the earlier you place your order, the sooner it will be shipped.  As stated above, if you do need your buttons by a specific date, please give us the Month and Day you need your buttons "In Hand" at the end of the Order Form.  You can also select a Rush Package if your due date is 2 weeks or less away.  If you do not select a Rush Package and you do have a rush order, or if your order requires an additional cost, we will email you an invoice which can be paid online.  If you do not receive this invoice, it means that your date is reasonable enough to be shipped without an additional fee. 
We cannot guarantee an order to arrive on time if you do not provide the correct "In Hand" date and select a Rush Package or pay the Rush Order Invoice (if applicable).

Q: Can I have more than 1 button design in my order?
A: Please refer to our Prices page for package design maximums.  If you would like more designs in your package than are allowed, please select the amount of extra designs you are looking for on the Order Form.  If you do not select this we will send you an invoice for the additional designs at $10/extra design.  You can save money by adding the designs at checkout.  If you do receive an invoice and it is not paid within 24 hours, we will use the first submitted.

Q: Can I order a different amount of buttons than offered on the Prices page?
A: Please Contact Us if you are interested in ordering an amount that we do not offer though the website.

Q: What if I can't create my own image or logo?
A:
If after viewing the Prep Your Image page, you still cannot create your button image, we can do it for you.  With 3 different design packages, one is sure to fit your budget and style!  Check out our Design Packages here!

Q: I want to order 1000 or more pins, is there any way I can get an example?
A:
If you are intending on ordering 1000 or more pins, but would first like to see an example, we suggest you try our 4 Button Proof Pack.  This pack will will give you a great example of what your pins are like.  We are not able to give away free samples due to the high demand, unless you are a company/band that is intending on ordering 25,000+ buttons.  A website and/or contact must be provided to authenticate your claim for free samples.

Q: Can I advertise my website on the side of my buttons?
A: Yes!  If you wish to have your website (or any other message up to 40 characters) around the rim of the button, please let us know what you'd like on the Order Form.
 1" buttons do line up the best, but we can do this on all sizes.

Q: I need my buttons in hand soon; how do Rush Orders work?
A: If you need your buttons by a certain date, then it is in your best interest to choose a date at the end of the order form that gets your buttons to you at least 1 day before you need them.  You can then select a Rush Package which will be added to your total at checkout.  Rush costs are added as a percentage of the total order amount.  This amount covers the additional expense required to prioritize your order and cover any extra shipping costs incurred.  This percentage takes into consideration our volume of business, the amount of buttons ordered, the date in which you need them, as well as extra shipping expenses.
 If you do not select a Rush Package or you have selected a package that won't get your buttons to you on time, we may email you a Rush Order Invoice in which you can pay for the additional cost online.  You must complete the invoice and pay as requested (in a timely manner) in order for RockButtons.com to get your order started and shipped as soon as possible (click here to see a sample invoice).  Rush Order Invoices not paid will result in your order being shipped with normal estimated delivery (or within the amount of time selected by your Rush Package).  If you select a date and do not receive an invoice from us the date you have selected is far enough out to be shipped without a Rush Order.

Q: How do I easily re-order more buttons?
A: If you are looking to re-order, and want to keep all of the same artwork, then all you need to do is give us your RB-ID-#### when asked on the Order Form.
