Q: Are there any price differences between color and black & white buttons?
A: All of our prices are the same regardless of color.

Q: How long will it take before I receive my buttons?
A: We can turnaround most orders in just a few business days (please see the dates at the end of the Order Form).  Due to the nature of manufacturing custom products, we may experience high volume during certain times of the year.  We stress that if you need your buttons to arrive by a certain date, make sure to select a Rush Date at the end of the Order Form.

Q: Can I have more than 1 button design in my order?
A: Please refer to our Prices page for package design maximums.  If you would like more designs in your package than are allowed, please select the amount of "Additional Designs" you are looking for on the Order Form.  If you do not select this we will simply use the first design(s) submitted.

Q: Can I order a different amount of buttons than offered on the Prices page?
A: Please contact us if you are interested in ordering an amount that we do not offer though the website.  You can ususally save money (or get more buttons for not much more) by buying the next package up as the price per button drops at each price break.  For instance, 200 1" buttons would cost $60.  If you purchase 250 1" buttons (which is $65) you would receive 50 additional buttons for only $5 more!  Most of the time our customers prefer to choose one of the packages we have online.

Q: Do you ship orders outside of the United States?
A: We do ship internationally.  If you are interested in placing an order that is shipping outside of the United States, please contact us.

Q: What if I can't create my own image or logo?
A: If after viewing the Order page, you still cannot create your button image, we can do it for you.  With 3 different design packages, one is sure to fit your budget and style!

Q: I want to order 1000 or more pins, is there any way I can get an example?
A: If you are intending on ordering 1000 or more pins, but would first like to see an example, we suggest you try our 4 Button Proof Pack.  This pack will will give you a great example of what your pins are like.  We are not able to give away free samples of custom artwork due to the high demand, unless you are a company/band that is intending on ordering 5,000+ buttons.  A website and/or contact must be provided to authenticate your claim for free samples.

Q: Can I advertise my website on the side of my buttons?
A: Yes!  If you wish to have your website (or any other message up to 40 characters) around the rim of the button, please let us know what you'd like on the Order Form.  1" buttons do line up the best, but we can do this on all sizes.

Q: I need my buttons in hand soon; how do Rush Orders work?
A: If you need your buttons by a certain date, then it is in your best interest to choose a Rush Date at the end of the order form that gets your buttons to you at least 1 day before you need them.  Rush costs are added as a percentage of the total order amount.  This amount covers the additional expense required to prioritize your order and takes into consideration our volume of business, the amount of buttons ordered, the date in which you need them, as well as extra shipping expenses.

Q: What is the front of the button made of?
A: All of our button products have a front side mylar top, which is an extraordinarily strong polyester film.  It gives the buttons a glossy look and also enhances the quality of your photo or image.

Q: How do I easily re-order more buttons?
A: If you are looking to re-order, and want to keep all of the same artwork, then all you need to do is give us your RB-ID-#### when asked on the Order Form.
