Terms and Conditions for using RockButtons.com:

Production and Shipping Times:
Most orders are normally shipped within 1-2 weeks.  However, there is a chance that your order may be delayed due to our high order volume.  If you need your order by a certain date, please select that on our order form.  We can turnaround most orders in 24 hours - a rush & overnight shipping charge will apply (Order must be placed on a business day to be considered a 1 day turnaround; Saturday, Sunday and Holidays do not apply to this claim).

Rush Order Invoice / Express Shipments:
All Rush Order Invoices sent via PayPal or otherwise must be paid in full before we can ship your order.  Please make sure you pay the invoice in a timely manner so we can expidite your order.  All invoices not paid will result in the delay of shipment.  Please note that all Express/Overnight shipments require a signature confirmation unless RockButtons.com is told otherwise by the customer to waive the signature.  Waiving the signature will also result in waiving insurance on the package.

Rush Order Guarantee:
If your order fails to meet your deadline you choose and your buttons have no use to you, you may file to have them returned.  Please contact us to set up a return.  A few questions will be asked.  If approved, you will need to return your complete order to us.  Once we receive 100% of the order back, we will refund you the dollar amount for your product less any shipping amounts.  If the shipping error was completely on our behalf, we will refund you 100%, including the return shipping costs.  In lieu of money, we may offer you a credit for more buttons depending on your situation.

Payment Terms:
All orders are subject to 100% up front payment unless you have contacted us and we agreed to other terms.  We do accept Purchase Orders.  A minimum 50% non-refundable deposit is required.

Custom/Duty Fees and Taxes:
RockButtons.com is not liable to pay any International or Over-the-border fees, taxes, dues, etc.  Please understand that it is your responsiblity to check with your country as to the amount of these fees/taxes.

Returns:
Due to the nature of custom products, we do not offer returns unless there was a shipping error as stated above.

NSF Checks:
A $20.00 service fee will be charged on all checks returned due to non-sufficient funds.

Changes and Cancellations:
Changes may or may not incur additional costs depending on what changes are requested and where we are in the production process. There are no fees for cancellations prior to starting the production process. After production has begun, a $25.00 minimum cancellation fee applies plus additional billing for materials and time (at $40.00 per hour).

Overruns/Underruns:
99.9% of our orders are exact, but we must state that orders are considered complete with a +/- 2% product fulfillment. If you have noticed any missing, please contact us immediately.

Prohibited Upload Content
The following are examples of content that you are PROHIBITED from using on the RockButtons.com Service unless you own the content or obtain the right to use it from the owner of the content:
-No Unofficial Merchandise of existing Musicians, Bands, Fan Clubs, Sports Teams (Professional and College), or other organizations without explicit authorization to use such -content for sale of merchandise
-No content using the likeness of a third party (manipulated photos, logos, caricatures)
-No names, pictures or logos of companies or products (i.e. Nike logo or BMW products)
-No text or graphic of a third party's work
-No content downloaded from INTERNET

If RockButtons.com receives notice that you have allegedly used content that you do not own or have the right to use, RockButtons.com can take various actions including:
-Disclosure of your sales and contact information to the owner of the content.
-Removal of your image from our Portfolio Page.
-Obtaining indemnification from you (which means you will be legally and financially responsible to RockButtons.com for any damage you cause)
